This website is operated by Powerstroke Digital Marketing Solutions, a sole proprietorship. The proprietor is Kshipra Ashtewale.

3. Why we collect it

We use enquiry information to respond to your request, arrange a growth counselor call, explain the AI Digital Marketing & Sales Masterclass, share relevant batch and fee information, and maintain internal lead records.

4. How enquiry data is stored

Website enquiries are sent through a Google Apps Script form endpoint and stored in a Google Sheet used for lead management. Authorised team members and growth counselors may access this information for follow-up and internal CRM processing.

5. WhatsApp and email

If you contact us through WhatsApp or email, your communication is also subject to the policies of that service provider. We use what you send only for legitimate enquiry and communication purposes.

6. Sharing of information

We do not sell enquiry information. Information may be shared with service providers used to operate the website or process enquiries, or where required by law.

7. Images and third-party content

Some photographs on this website are served from Unsplash's image service, and the contact page embeds Google Maps. These services may receive standard technical information such as your IP address when the content loads.
